Instrument Rating Group I
Prerequisites

•  Candidates must possess a Private Pilot Licence or Commercial Pilot Licence

•  Candidates must possess a Multi Engine Rating.

•  Applicants shall possess a valid medical applicable to their licence.

•  Candidates must obtain a 70% or better on the INRAT exam (ground school instruction provided.)

•  All candidates must successfully complete and pass a flight test.

•  Candidates shall complete a minimum of 40 hours dual instrument time, consisting of
   a maximum of 20 hours on a simulator. This includes any instrument time that was obtained
   during the completion of a licence or Night or VFR Over-The-Top ratings.

•  Candidates must have a minimum of 50 hours Cross-Country Pilot-In-Command flight time
    prior to conducting the flight test.
